Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we've got you covered.
7-Day Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or wallet refund. After 7 days, we are unable to process any requests.
What You Can Do
- Exchange for a different size or design
- Get a refund to your Ministry Wallet (redeemable on any future order)
Eligible Items Must Be
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags intact
- Purchased at full price
Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized orders
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items with faded prints due to improper washing
💡 Care tip: Always hand-wash in cold water and hang dry. Never tumble dry or iron directly on the print.
Return Shipping
- Incorrect or damaged item (our fault): We cover return shipping
- Size or design exchange (your choice): Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A delivery charge also applies to the replacement shipment.

Include your order number and reason for exchange/return. Processing takes 5–10 working days after we receive the item.
